Can I custom design with any of your services?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Kamco Graphix. Yes, you may make any design truly yours. Preferences include: photos, colors, themes, type styles, sizes and configurations.

What are your fees?

Because all of our work is personalized, prices will vary depending on the complexity of your designs, the quantity of your order, and if printing is needed.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit at the signing of a contract in order to begin any design process. This amount is deducted from the total amount of your final invoice.

What are your payment methods?

We accept cash, cheque and/or eTransfers.

How long does it take for design processes?

Since all of our work is personalized to your needs, please note the timing can be affected by a few factors, such as the type of project, the extent of your revisions, how quickly you respond to give us feedback and the printing process. Please contact us to determine an exact deadline.

When should I order and send out my wedding invitations?

Wedding Invitations can be ordered 2-6 months in advance and traditionally these invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks prior to your big day.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, we accept rush orders, but there is an additional fee (price dependent on project). Please contact us to discuss your options.

Can I set up an appointment to look at and discuss invitations or other projects?

Yes, we have a variety of samples to showcase to any potential client, meeting in person is definetly possible and if you have ideas and concepts in mind already, even better, bring them along with you.
